Does this look like herpes? It’s at the top of my pelvic region. It’s like right where my jeans or sweatpants waistline would sit (like low rise jeans or just slightly low sweatpants). I thought it might be an ingrown hair but I received some hsv2 equivocal results that I just got retested for so ive been on high alert for any change in my genital region. https://imgur.com/BH7zEW5 I added a link because the forum made me compress the file.

I was diagnosed with hsv2 a few months ago, and immediately went on 500mg of daily valtrex. I had what I now know was an initial outbreak over a year ago and it was very typical, lesions that burned and hurt and eventually broke open and crusted over. I've always had super sensitive skin, when shaving or waxing or even just trying to live my life like a regular human, sometimes my skin gets red and itchy and don't even get me started on the ingrown hairs. Tbh most of the time it's so frustrating that I just let the bush flourish bc i get sick of dealing with skin irritation.
