I have this insight about herpes that become kind of a relieve to me and give some spirit. We all know that a lot of bad things can and already happen in life, we read on the news, even see it with our own eyes. Things like people got deadly disease, bad accident, physical or mental disability to self or other family member. All sort of things that can cause suffering in life.
