I had oral sex with this guy like 2 weeks ago. He had papers to show his test results, but now I have a painful sore on he tip of my toungue and dead scared.

He repeatedly assured me he was safe after showing me the HIV test, and am a virgin........what next now.....I feel like suing him!

Are you even sure it's herpes? Maybe a really bad canker or bit your tongue?

STD testing does not include HSV tests unless you specifically ask, and then, the blood tests are not 100% accurate. If it is HSV, he may think he doesn't have it based on the testing as well... So make sure you know what it is for sure before hiring a lawyer....
