Help! What is this?

Okay, so I've got these sores... more like welts between my upper thighs and anus. They never really go away... start as a red rash, swell into sores, excret some yellowish film (smells terrible), then return to a small rash. The process is neverending, suffered for two years now.

What is it?

Yellowish fluid does not sound like herpes, but you need to get checked out! It's something! Two years? Go to the doctor!

Why have you not gone to the doc in 2 years? If anything has a terrible odor thats a sign of some type of infection - you need to get that checked out immediately.
