Scared and Confused

So I've had unprotected sex with 3 individuals in the past month or so. Two of them being new people and within the last week. One of them I know well, one I barely know and the most recent one I don't even know her name. About 20 hours after sleeping with the most recent one, small red bumps numbering maybe 20 or 25 appeared symmetrically on my upper thighs outside of my pubic region. The following morning after the appearance of the bumps, they began to look like pimples, but slightly flatter. They don't tingle, or itch, but they hurt when pressure is applied. Is this probably herpes? If anyone knows, please help me out, I have an appointment setup at my college clinic, but it isn't for a few more days and I'm freaking out.

Yes it could be - it also could be a couple of other things - or just skin irritation.

Get to that clinic before it clears up so they can swab it while its active. If your appt isn't for a couple of days have it moved up - tell them you nned to be seen before this clears up.

Good luck - let us know.

Update

Just an update to see if this information will help anyone else help me out. One of the bumps was competely painless to the touch - the rest of them are more or less competely painless unless direct pressure is applied. They act like and look like pimples, but do not feel like them. And as I said they are outside of my pubic region. Any ideas?
