COuld be alot of things - from your skin to HSV - if you have had them a long time, probably not HSV, but a coldsore could have transferred through touching - go see a doc - clinic, whatever. That way you will know for sure -

those are most likely sabaceous glands. They're just like little bumps right? they dont burst on their own? if this is the case I wouldnt worry, chances are thats what it is, and the vast majority of guys have em.

i agree with internet. I think they are also called fordyce spots or something. They are the same little bumps on your testicals that appear on the bottom of your penis. I've heard people describe it as chicken skin. Most guys have this, don't worry.

well, its like....the bumps are just kinda whitish or skin colored in tone, and if you squeeze them sometimes almost a pimple like fluid comes out of them.

as far as I know theres no cure for it, but dont worry, they're totally normal and girls dont freak out about them.

Yeah, this doesn't sound like Herpes. And, you indicated you never had sex, so that makes it more convincing. See a doctor or go to the nearest pharmacist for consultation and see what meds. you can take or apply to the area. It doesn't sound that bad though unless it itches and burns.
