Maybe herpes?

Ok this is gonna get nasty but I'm having a hard time thinking of another way so here it goes.

Every great once in a while, like sometimes its years, I get a sore around my butt just about where the tailbone is. Basicly it starts to look like some huge zit and there's only one of them. It grows and grows for a while until its so painful i can barely sit down and even just walking makes it hurt, sometimes for 2- 3 weeks until it gets so bad I need to find something to pop it open with and let it drain. Andy boy does it drain, the fluid is yellowish in color. I gotta squeeze the fluid out like a giant zit that didn't know when to stop growing. I need to go see a doctor when I get my health insurance kicks in again. Till then I'm avooiding sex, not like I'm getting any anyway

Up until recently I just figured "wow thats freakin weird" and never thought it might be herpes or anything because I've only had 2 partners and never had unprotected sex. Then it really started to get to me so I started doing some research. So far this has happened to me 3 times, every time in the exact same area on my right butt cheek where the tailbone is.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
