I just met this girl a few weeks ago, we recently had unprotected sex and she called me a couple days later saying something is wrong. Now I have never showed any signs of the virus and she said that she has never showed any signs either. I have looked at what the symptoms are and i have never had any of them is it possible that i have had all this time and gave it to her and she is now having an outbreak. I really feel horrible because I very well altered someones life and I hate myself for it.

you know...i think in a situation like that...it is almost impossible to say who gave it to who. if she has been sexually active in the past...she could have contracted it...and it has been dormant all this time. it is good that you found this forum. she should educate herself too...she will learn that it could have been just dormant in her for a long time.
