Could it be Herpes Symptoms?

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

I recent was told by the doctor that I have Herpes type 1 from the blood test, but I am not sure which part of my body has it. The only symptom that I have is in the middle of my thighs it's itching but no bumps or sore once after a while (1-2 times every 2-4 weeks). I usually scratched them a lot before the test results, but not anymore. Therefore, do you guys think it is Herpes related? Thanks a lot for the help and information.

I have lots of itching related to my H... I find those places tend to OB tho...

you're not getting sores or bumbs???

shingles is in the H family... (but you'd still likely break out)

sorry.. i'm not much help..

No, I haven't had any bumps or sores yet, but it is itching on my thighs sometimes. Is that where you got your itchy and OB? Thanks

If you have some kind of sore your doctor can take a sample and have it tested.

Every once in a while get random itchy spots on my skin and don't outbreak either. Like, i.e., my ankle or the side of my leg...then I'll scratch until it bleeds and resembles a scrape.

Could be H related...neva know.
