Watery Discharge and lower abdominal pain--I am panicking...

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I have had two doctors look in my cervix in the past two weeks because I couldn't figure out where I was getting this horrible pain from and it was finally diagnosed as neuropathy. The pain stopped and started again 4 days later, but this time since I started Valtrex before it got really bad it just feels like a light "crampy" feeling. Also, I have this watery discharge that I haven't had with other outbreaks (3 others) before. It is not too much, but about 1/2 cup a day (sorry, i know that sounds gross...).

The problem is that I stupidly went to google watery discharge and it came up as cervical cancer as a cause. It also said pain that feels like menstrual cramps, which is how I could interpret this pain (or is it herpes pain!)

I am really having major panic attacks, because I feel like maybe that is what I have. But, I know the last doctor who looked in there said he was pretty sure there was no tumor or anything. I had my pap last year, but I didn't have one for two years before that so if the one last year was misread then...

I think this herpes is making me have a nervous breakdown.

I keep googling watery discharge on this sight and it seems the women have a more thick discharge.

I'm also freaked out that an outbreak came back less than 2 weeks after the last one..has this happened to anyone before?

I am so stressed and can't stop panicking..is this making my outbreaks worse?

I really appreciate any help.

Stressing is definitely going to make your outbreaks worst and more persistent! Also, when you say watery discharge, what do you mean? I've been having a lot of discharge for a couple of months now. It's milky but it does pour out like water, I could literally put a cup under there. There's no odor, just discharge. Please try not to panick, every symptom that you have is going to correlate to some ailment/illness.... Don't think you have cervical cancer!

Thanks for responding..

Hi,

Thanks for responding so fast. When I say watery, I mean it is just like water, it doesn't have that milky color or thickness. I was just taking it as part of the herpes until I read that stuff on the internet. My period is also late (I can not be pregnant) and that is freaking me out, but I will say that that could be from stress.

Just to let you know, your period/cycle can get off track due to herpes, mines have been off lately and many other girls on this forum have said the same! Discharge is normal with herpes, many females on this site have experienced different types of discharge.....

When I had my initial outbreak I definitely had the lower abdominal pain and a lot of a watery discharge. I dont know if i have had any other outbreaks for sure because I only get blisters on my cervix so i just assume i have one. Of course, if you suspect it could be something else, it never hurts to call up your doc and ask.

I have had a monogamous relationship for the last 6 years.  I did not have Herpes before the relationship.  My partner recently had an outbreak on the buttocks and was diagnosed with HSV2 about 2 months ago.  She said it was the first outbreak She had ever had. She has been taking valacyclovir for the last 2 months and we were intimate for the first time in about 4 months about a week ago.  Now I have an outbreak on my upper lip.  I read that this is not impossible, but rare. I wanted to ask others opinions on how HSV2 works, as I cannot help but find the situation really strange.  I totally understand that HSV2 can lie dormant for years, displaying no symptoms.  My partner says She has not been unfaithful, and I decided to believe her.  However, with this outbreak, a new doubt crept in, as I think it's really odd I would get an outbreak a week after being intimate, knowing I didn't have this before our relationship. I would appreciate hearing if this is possible, I love my partner and can't bear the doubt, but also don't want to feel I might be being blind.

Hello, Im in the UK and have recently been diagnosed with herpes 2.  I am still coming to terms with it but i am keen to consider the stigma surrounding herpes.   If you don't mind.... would you tell me if you have told many people you have it?  What was their reaction?  Thanks guys x

Hi Guys! I am newly diagnosed with HSV-2 and its the 7th day and my 1st outbreak is over. One week before the diagnosis I was at the prime of my life and the news gave me depression and I wanted to commit suicide knowing that I have a stigmatized NO CURE DISEASE. After a lot of research online I came across the combination herpes cure that I need to try. I have already chatted the support and they are quite informing in their responses about the 4-6 months protocol. Anybody who has tried it kindly share your sentiments and I will appreciate the insights... I feel pity for my life dear God why me please...

Hi Guy! I am also two weeks into my first outbreak. This has made me do a lot of research for a permanent cure. I have seen Synergy Pharmaceuticals from Australia selling the combination herpes cure. Has anyone come across this? Does it look legit?

I do pick them and pop them a lot so I think I’m just making it worse! Do they look like herpes to you though ?
