just yesterday i noticed my vagina a part of it is raised fairly swollen, not really red though and sore, looks kind of like a bite, doesnt itch though.

ive been reading and looking at pics and it doesnt really look like any of them but in reading they havent said at what point they were taken.

does this really seem like it is? i know its not as bad as it is made to be with all my reading on this but still hoping not the case...

Usually Herpes OB's start with one or a few itchy bumps clustered together (they may appear like small watery blisters). After a couple of days or so, they pop, some dry up and eventually become sores. The sores would sting from time to time, some would have painful sores, others don't get bothered by esepecially if it's a mild case. To be sure, have it checked by your doctor. It could be just an irritation.

From what I have read (for whatever its worth) it does not sound like herpes. I am unsure myself but depending on where you live, if its summer time it could be irritation due to sweat.

I'm not that well versed in HPV but HPV eventually is cleared by the body on its own.  A vaccine does exist which helps immunize against certain strains of HPV (not all of them), but will not treat HPV for those who already have it.  Everyone, male and female, who is eligible should get the Gardasil vaccine. If a new vaccine exists to treat HPV that's great, but I'm doubtful based on a quick Google search.

I am new to all of this. My girlfriend has been told by a docter she has Human Papillomavirus (HP) and that in Mexico they have a cure they just develop, I guess a month or so ago Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine , have anyone heard of this. It is a lot on the internet about it. But I don't know how much I trust it.. Thank you AMM
