more than one Dynamiclear application?

I put dynamiclear on a tear that I had last night, and today it is bigger and worse! I know it says to only use one application, but could I do another one? Has anyone tried?

Hi oceanwaves

My name is Cindy and I work for the support clinic at Dynamiclear.

You should not generally need to apply Dynamiclear more than once, and it can be contra-indicated to do so (it can take longer to heal and occassionally make the area sensitive if you over-apply it because it is a strong antiviral).

Normally just one application is sufficient to kill the active infection and promote faster healing, provided you apply it when the outbreak is active on the skin and do not get it wet after the application.

When applied correctly you can expect that Dynamiclear should clear the outbreak much quicker than normal and will eliminate any surfaced virus particles, allowing the way for healing of the skin to begin.

Also, the more mature the lesion is at the time of the application the greater the chance that the virus cycle will be weakened as a result of the application. For many people, this can mean a significant drop in outbreaks and less intense symptoms after using Dynamiclear.

If you feel that the application may not have been applied correctly, or if you accidentally wet the area, wait 72 hours after the application and reapply if there is still no sign of healing or change. Keep in mind though that this is not typical, and normally only ONE application is required (and will work best).

Cindy

Hi @CathM if you received oral sex in the days before the sores first appeared then it is important to be sure of type - culture tests do not type. Ask to see your result and see what it says. Is your partner going to test? This is also helpful.

Hello@WilsoInAus I only know that they took a swab and then I was notified that I was positive for HSV 2. I don’t know have any knowledge about whether it was a culture test?

Hi @CathM and welcome to the website. Yes there is little doubt you were infected by this new partner. This would have happened 2-10 days before the sores appeared. There is one question to settle quickly. Was your swab test a PCR with a result of HSV-2 detected. Or was it a culture test?

Hello. Just been diagnosed with HSV2 after a swab test. Absolutely devastated at the diagnosis. Had symptoms after sleeping with my new partner. Symptoms started about 6 weeks after our first encounter. Did I get it from him? We split just before the diagnosis. I feel like my life is over, please help 😥

A lot of students looking for online assignment help services because they face issues in completing their assignments and homework. The problem is, Many of them are busy with their other activities and others face tough life routines. That's why students seek CIPD assignment help services because it helps students to finish their assignments and homework in a very short time.
