I believe I have genital herpes. My first what I think was my first outbreak was a week after my 18th birthday which was last year in September. It was so bad I couldn't eat ANYTHING because my mouth was swollen and my gums were swollen. I had sores in my mouth and genitals. When they say the first out break is horrible they weren't joking.. Couldn't sit, walk, take a bath, pee. Absolutely nothing. The sores were so bad it was ridiculous. I haven't necessarily been diagnosed with gh but I believe I have them. My first ob lasted about 3 weeks. When it was over I felt like a brand new person. Literally. Every now and then I got a tingling feeling in my genitals and a semi pungent odor from down there. No blisters or sores or anything else. As of right now I'm having a very pungent odor and some tingling and milky white discharge and some pain in my pelvis. Does this mean I'm having another break out?

jlfl, I suggest you see a doctor so you can be properly diagnosed. You can also get on medication that will help with painful outbreaks as well as minimize the chances of getting another outbreak!

I agree with sc, you need to get yourself to a doctor so you can be properly diagnosed. It is better to know what you dealing with so that you can treat it the best way possible. If it is herpes, there is treatment available and you need to find an understanding doctor, not one who just brushes you off.
