symptoms could it be herpes?

Ok, my first symptoms was discharge from my penis at first I thought it might be chlamydia so I went to the doctor had a full test done on me this was of course about 3 weeks after I noticed the discharge. Everything came out negative. Of course the fluid has also ceased.

I then of course in around 3 months later started noticing sores on the very inside edge of the mouth was reading articles about angular chilitis or whatever it was called and read all about most people with those symptoms with HIV and some with herpes. As this was happening a rash began on the side of my leg, right near my testicles, I dunno if it can be really considered a rash, because I scratched it, it of course became very big, then I stopped it got smaller and smaller, Now its basically very light brown and itches. Not non stop but could be every 3 hours or so. So of course I went to the Doctor again this is about 5 months and a couple of days later, after the first symptoms. So of course all my symptoms clear up on my appointment day. Had another HIV test and a few others done on me told her about the mouth issue. She said it was most likely allergies they pretty much did all test on me of course except herpes, She did however take a look at my crotch area and told me it was probably allergic reaction because of detergent and stuff. She recommended cortizone cream for my crotch, and eucerin lotion for my mouth. All the test came out negative. So here I am now 9 months later, well the side of my mouth didnt reoccur at least on the very edges of it. However as I noticed the symptoms of oral herpes I do seem to have almost a permanent light red rash, very very small bumps. Sometimes a very few 3 or 4 bumps might occur which im pretty sure arent pimples, but however dont quite look like blisters. But itseems to be almost daily I have white flakes looks like very dry skin where the rash is. The itching in my groin really doesnt stop but use cortizone to sooth the itching now and then. Seems like the small brown bump is there but having a series of very small red bumps that sometimes are redder than other times. So my question is does anyone know where I can get tested or find places to get tested seems the state im in is hard to get a herpes test? btw Im in Connecticut. Also just for reassurance just wondered if this sounds like herpes to you guys? Also have any better treatments such as non prescription medicines just incase I come out negative?

If anyone can please reply id like to post some pics the one of the side of my mouth is the red dry skin area usually the one thats not my mouth is my inner left thigh between my crotch and my thigh remember to read the paragraph above about my symptoms id just like to know if this looks like herpes to you guys or not. Its been itching like crazy but I try not to scratch it

So far..

Good News I took a visit to the doctor she thinks its jock itch and on my face is eczema. She gave me a anti fungal cream for my crotch. Gonna use cortaid for my face.
