I am really frustrated! :x Something has to be wrong with my immune sytem because I have been having this outbreak since September. This had never happend in all the 7 years that I have had HSV 2. I have been thinking about cleansing my colon and blood and then using some supplements instead of the Centrum I take to try to boost my immune system. Anyone know about boosting the immune system and cleansing the blood and colon? If you do please give me advice. Any products that you would know about for this.

I'm in the same boat...except it's my first outbreak.Have you used antivirals before? Were they effectice on shortening the duration of ob and keeping them at bay? Or do you rather try to keep a holostic approach? I was doing that...but no matter what I have tried,it's just not helping...it's gradually getting worse?? I really did not want to resort to using any of the 3 antivirals,but I may have no choice.Could it be that just sometimes the virus just goes on a hayday...even with a strong immune system,it just continues to try to replicate.I thought my immune system was strong....I think I'm facing the BORG herpe...it's only mission is to assimmilate me,my cells that is!!! You know that phrase "great balls of fire"....jerry lewis song perhaps?? Well....I CAN ASSOCIATE WITH THAT..lol As for you question about cleansing blood and colon,just check out your health food store..they will many products for that..just ask.

      Hi @WhatDidIDo2023, hopefully all is well with you and your significant other and are still together.   Did she develop any other symptoms after you mentioned her getting itchiness? Was it determined what you had was contagious? Most likely developed a fungal disease and caused her a yeast or uti

      Been a few weeks it went away but reappeared again tiny red marks not raised spots or anything no pain or itching ,I have had all negative tests on Sti's ..

      Hi @Luna 01 I really feel it is worthwhile obtaining a proper Herpeselect test given the outcomes of the home panel test. Regardless, your current symptoms are almost certainly not related to herpes. Hopefully, your doctor can assist in resolving these.
