Herpotherm - does it work????

I've just found this website and never heard of it; has anyone really tried it? what's it like? I always think with such creations if they were any good; everyone would be raving about them and they would be on telly; but maybe thats just the cynic in me. Just having the worst outbreak I've had in years, and I'm looking for a new remedy......???
