should i give him what he deserves?

i remember before i had sex with him asking if he was clean.. he told me yes... now i have herpes. he claims he didnt know he had herpes. but he sure as hell knew he had bumps on his genitals. he told me a week later that he had bumps and knew he did when he had sex with me.... is that enough to sue him? also i have proof i was clean before i slept with him.

You would be wasting your time suing him. If you were not a virgin before being with him you could have had it even if you tested negative. Tests are not 100% accurate and if you had sex 3 months before a test you could still test negative while having the virus. Blood tests look for antibodies in your blood to the virus and it can take 3 - 4 months for your body to create them, so any test taken before this will come back negative.
