Recurrence of my herpes

Im currently having coldsore and genital herpes, and I dont how i got it, this is the 2nd time it happen, and it harassed me so much, now my wife is pregnant, I dont know if she has been infected...... and Im sure I have no indecent liasons...... it just happen:madd:

Once you have this, it never goes away. You should find as you grow older your outbreaks will come less often and be shorter in duration.

Make sure your wife gets tested. Even if she does have this she can have a normal delivery. If she does not have it, you may want to consider taking antivirals because they can help prevent transmission by 50%.

Im taking anti virals now, on my first herpes attack, i only have a cream to apply on the sores, now I have both, the first one is last late 2002, now it recurs again, i dont know what triggers it, even though the sore are healing, im still thinking when I will know that Im safe later on........
