OB's different this time

Recommended Posts

nosila

Just wondering if anyone else experiences this? My OBs are usually very painful, last for ages and hurt like heck. I am currently experiencing the mildest one I have ever had, fingers crossed. I say fingers crossed because sometimes they start out really mild, half go away and then kick back in with avengeance.

This one is barely there, in a much smaller area than usual and also the tell tale signs were more painful, with the raised area and tingling in my butt cheek. They bothered me a lot, the actual OB has been fine. Is that normal? Is it just because my body is getting mroe used to it now?

hi nosila,

I think i get very similar symptoms to you. My first OB was very painful, but since then I have not had any pain with outbreaks, just the tingling sensation and a small raised area which sometimes scabs over.

I think I have read somewhere that our bodies can better at fighting the virus the longer we have it? not sure if anyone else can confirm that?

Your body will develop antibodies and within time you can eventually stop/barely ever have OBs. Within years and years.
