Lost1992

So the doc thinks I have it but I've read up on it and it says the first outbreak is excruciatingly painful and it lasts about 3 weeks. It doesn't hurt too horribly bad it just sucks when I pee and I've had it since Sunday and now it feels like it's going away, for those who do have it, wat does this sound like to u? I am trying to think positive and stuff but I can't help thinkin the worst.

all around good guy

Everyone is different. Hate to tell you. For me, granted I'm a male, but my initial outbreak lasted a week and was not painful unless I bumped it. The best way to know is to get tested. If your doc just did a visual test, don't believe it. Get swabbed if you have an active outbreak, and get a blood test if you don't. IGG test is what you want. That's your best options. A visual is not accurate and not acceptable at all. Lab test is the only way. You may or may not have it judging by your symptoms. Could just be a UTI or something. Go get tested.

She swabbed and took blood. The incubation period is like 2-12 days after intro and my pain started the day after. I'm just really scared.

Hard to say, being felmale I had two minor issues that tested negative in Aug and Sept then in Oct I had the major OB, I can tell you it was the worst. Walking, sitting, standing, laying down were painful...the site of the bathroom made my cry and my entire body ached like the worst case of the flu and it went on for two weeks. My only relif was epsomsalt sits baths, and of course I went to the dr and was swab tested and it came back positive for H2, and I was given meds before the results....everyone is different I've heard some say it wasn't bad and others that felt horrible. Your test results will be the best answer and the IGG test.

Who knows if I have had further testing since whatever post I made however long ago. Oh that's right, I know, and you don't, you ignorant fuck.

I’m also in the same boat. The skin below my pelvic glands is red and rash-like or little red bumps show up for a day or two. Constant itching down there and on my scrotum. The entrance to my anus is itchy all day. Every doctor that has looked at it has seen nothing to be concerned about. Tingling on my lip, tingling in my left arm and hand, tingling in left foot. Tingling in my left thigh, full pain in head of penis. Girl I was seeing also has itchiness in her vag and the lip tingles. I get little cuts on my penis for no reason. Never been swabbed or taken theWestern Blot. So far, after 5 months since suspected contact, I’m IGG negative. this all happened soon after having sex multiple time with someone.

This is coming very soon.  The chat we had was great but crashed the site each time.  We've researched lots of options and hopefully we are close. Thanks for your patience! Shenda

Hi guys, I have been making myself crazy googling. So i decided to ask people who know. My 28 year old daughter just told me that she has hvs1 for the last 4 years. She had a swab test days after first outbreak, it came back positive. She was also having a psoriasis outbreak. 6 months in a blood test came back negative, 1 year in another blood test negative. My daughter also suffers with psoriasis and ibs with is linked to the psoriasis.  There is also genital psoriasis that looks like the herpes virus. So does she have it or not...I looked up so much on google but things are conflicting to say the least. I am hoping to get some insight here. Thank you all!!!
