I have had this a long time. Unfortunately I did give it to someone when I didn't know better. But when I was single I never had anyone tell me they got it from me with unprotected sex when I was completely 100%asymptomatic.

How many people have given this to someone when they had no symptoms? I have read about people who have gotten it from someone who "said" they didn't have it at the time, but has anyone ever given it to someone when they had "No Symptoms"?

I wonder the same thing "guest." I have only had 2 visible breakouts in the past 4 years...I'm sure I have had viral shedding, but still am unable to tell...to me, I always feel like I have something going on, but I am a woman who shaves and experiences raxor burn, so it is hard to tell...I often wonder how infectious I am when I am asymptomatic.

      Hi @WhatDidIDo2023, hopefully all is well with you and your significant other and are still together.   Did she develop any other symptoms after you mentioned her getting itchiness? Was it determined what you had was contagious? Most likely developed a fungal disease and caused her a yeast or uti

      Been a few weeks it went away but reappeared again tiny red marks not raised spots or anything no pain or itching ,I have had all negative tests on Sti's ..

      Hi @Luna 01 I really feel it is worthwhile obtaining a proper Herpeselect test given the outcomes of the home panel test. Regardless, your current symptoms are almost certainly not related to herpes. Hopefully, your doctor can assist in resolving these.
