I would appreciate it very much if someone could help me with my situation. It's kinda of a long story....but your advice would be very helpful. Me and my ex-fiance broke up last April. I did not have sex again until the following November. The person I had sex with I did not know very well. We had unprotected sex. The sex was rough and hard and he was not circumcized. After 2 days....everytime i went to the bathroom it burned on my external part of my vagina and small what i think is now vesicles. I didn't know if it was from the rough sex or what. The burning still occured for a week...one night of extreme pain I decided to go to the doctor(emergency room) He said they looked like the vesicles but did some tests anyways....he didn't everything but the herpes tests....they all came back negative...said i didn't even have any bacteria...he said it probably wasn't anything...but to go a health department and check and she if it could possibly be herpes. I never went. I didn't wanna deal with the idea that i might have herpes. Now...it has kinda came back when i started my period...no burning...but if i scratch enough the vesicles do appear...and my lymph nodes swell (but only if i scratch hard enough)...it looks like clear insect bites (and yes i've done my research on how vesicles and insect bites look the same....) with a red dot in the middle...i don't know what to think please help...or better yet...if anyone could tell me...if there is a chat room here...i can't download anything java and I don't know much about computers...again I'm sorry this is so long...but I'm new here and really don't know what I'm doing. Your help would be appreciated.

cant really tell... sometimes after rough sex, it burns to pee it just happens....

but since your saying that you see something, can you get more detailed about the bump? how long does it last? painfull? does it break/open and turn into a sore (canker sore looking) ?

after reading it again, i think you might have herpes. there was more then 1 bump- hurt like a bitch to pee- and the only thing that ever brought me to the hospital where blood wasnt gushing out of me, was herpes. the pain was unbearable.

the outbreak im having now, looks exactly like a vesicle.

      To give some context I hve been suffering with this for the last 6/7 years this came about after I had varicella zoster on the inside of my body a week after I started getting clusters of spots on the top of my buttock they are not painful as such can be itchy at times but majority of the time I don’t feel it when I have an outbreak. I’ve been to various doctors who say it’s a fungal skin infection or a bacterial skin infection. I’ve asked if it’s herpes but they will say it’s not without even testing it.

      Hello there @momma267 and welcome. There is no reason to believe that what you have there is other than a pressure sore, something that has emerged from rubbing with clothing or butt cheeks and exacerbated by bacteria or yeast.  Note that the first you’d learn of herpes is unlikely to be on your butt, instead where it enters your body, this is usually within the vaginal lips for females.

      So to begin with, I am 26 and have been with the same partner for 8 years. I have only been with three people ever, one completely protected and the other we were both our firsts. I got this rash on my but while pregnant and my doctor said she was testing for it and I'm so confused. I've had two babies, breastfeed, and never had anything as much as a cold sore. Does this look like something anyone has experienced? I used fragrant soap down there and am hoping it's contact dermatitis or a heat rash from sweating and gaining so much weight.  Advice would be helpful. I'm stressing out a bit as I am pregnant.       Hi, it is me again, apologies for the recent influx of posts. I've noticed a slightly raised area on the middle of my top lip with what i feel are some bumps. i do have a habit of biting my lips a fair bit and this area is frequented by my teeth. I haven't noticed any unusual/abnormal tingling or burning or pain sensations. the photos are a bit difficult to focus on them but do these seem like the start of cold sores? note: I will be visiting the drs for an std checkup in the coming week. https://imgur.com/gallery/YLVA5us
