Ok here is my story, hope someone can help. I had a one night stand after to many beers and a hot tub. 3 days later I had incredible pain in the urethra for about 10 days. Then it went away for a week and then came back for 10 days 2 more times. Went to the doctor and he treated me for clamydia and gonorrea but did not test me, instead told me to come cback in 3 weeks to test and make sure I was clear. I returned in three weeks with same problem, urethra pain for 10 days then 1week o.k. He tested me and to be sure treated me for non-specific urethras for 2 weeks. In the meen time my tests for hiv, claymidia, gonoreea , hepatitis b all came back neg. Now pain in urethra is almost gone, still notice it a bit, but now I have noticed little bumps around urethra which have been there for more than 2 months and it looks like a rash on penis head, at very least a discolored penis head. Also now I am very itchy from waste :( down, anus burns occasionally and sometimes it feels like needles poking me as well as some leg pain. Showed the doctor the rash and all he said was that isn't herpes. These bumps and rash don't seem to leave and are only slightly visable. Could all this be herpes?? Please respond.

I dont think so... But it does sound like you have some type of infection or a major irratation... If your doctor says its not a herpes infection it probably isn't, but you can go ahead and see another if you wish...

your symptoms are very close to mine i think maybe we might have thing.ive had this going on 8 months, red at the tip of the penis and inside the opening it looks like a sore but i dont think it is, i have borning in the urethra and up till 5 days ago i had burning in the genitals, ive been tested for everything, all negative, please if your doc finds out what you have please let us know. its possible that its not an std afterall

Hi, I am worried of the same thing from the same experience. I had a one night stand in a hot tub and I am female, I had a bacteria infection a little over a week after having sex, and I was treated accordingly it went away and then I experienced nothing for a month and a half. Out of nowhere it came back- no bumps just irritation and was treated again. Now I am awaiting my results of my herpes blood test and am very scared, I am 22 and a mother of a one year old. But I did read up on it and you can definitely get an infection from bacteria and the hot tub as well... Not fun at all, let us know what happens.

well went back to doctor, he still insists its not herpes..gave me some cream to rub on. Penis head still looks diffent and i still notice little bumps that never really leave and my groin is read with what looks like stretch marks or inflamed viens...any ideas..I don't think the cream is helping

I also notice the skin on the head of my penis is discolored and looks wrinkled. I areas it looks like bumps but scattered, all on the penis head. Any ideas, anyone....stilll having trouble figuring it out!

      Hi @WhatDidIDo2023, hopefully all is well with you and your significant other and are still together.   Did she develop any other symptoms after you mentioned her getting itchiness? Was it determined what you had was contagious? Most likely developed a fungal disease and caused her a yeast or uti

      Been a few weeks it went away but reappeared again tiny red marks not raised spots or anything no pain or itching ,I have had all negative tests on Sti's ..

      Hi @Luna 01 I really feel it is worthwhile obtaining a proper Herpeselect test given the outcomes of the home panel test. Regardless, your current symptoms are almost certainly not related to herpes. Hopefully, your doctor can assist in resolving these.

      I did notice they stoped selling the one I bought it was a 7 panel test for 7 std but now they got the 6 panel and hsv is not on it but they do collect blood and pee and you send in to a laboratory
