So... I'm not even sure how the hell this is happening, but I randomly got a outbreak I'm February after not having on for a year, the outbreak started on the roof of my mouth, then my bottom lip, and face healed after 1 month then I got hit again with 4 on the top of my mouth, healed in about 2 Weekes and now I just got hit with one on my tounge and now the roof of my mouth... when I firt contracted hsv1, I got it in the center of my lip...... now it's just spread all over the place...

Ouch! That sucks sorry to hear that. What I have found based on research is it could be your immune system is being stressed. I would suggest boosting the immune system. Cut down or completely cut out on sugar. I do green shakes every morning which consists of frozen fruit (organic) and powdered greens from Amazing Grass...you can get it on-line and vitamin shops. I didn't think it was doing much for me....but I didn't drink one for a few days and BAM...outbreak. I use a plant based protein in there made by Sun Warrior (vanilla) that is pretty good. Again internet or health food/supplement store. It has a good lysine to arginine ratio too (more lysine than arginine). I am also doing massive doses of lypo spheric vitamin C (90+% delivered right to the cells) and there are studies showing high doses of C (lypo spheric or liposmal) works wonders against the virus and serious immune booster. Have you tried taking lysine to see of that helps it heal? I would do 3 (1000mg) right away then 1 tablet 3 times a day. A good quality Olive Leaf extract (at least 12% oleuropien or higher) might help too.

Hi @WhatDidIDo2023, hopefully all is well with you and your significant other and are still together.   Did she develop any other symptoms after you mentioned her getting itchiness? Was it determined what you had was contagious? Most likely developed a fungal disease and caused her a yeast or uti

Hi @Luna 01 I really feel it is worthwhile obtaining a proper Herpeselect test given the outcomes of the home panel test. Regardless, your current symptoms are almost certainly not related to herpes. Hopefully, your doctor can assist in resolving these.
