Sick of this

Hello...I'm new to this forum but not new to Herpes...I've had cold sores since I was a kid...assuming I got it from my mother as she dealt with them for years...But I was infected with Genital Herpes in my early 20's..It was a parting gift from my X husband who always felt it necessary to share himself with everyone :( Anyways..I've always just taken the ob's in stride since they only seem to pop up once or twice a year...But now...years and years later...for some reason I am getting one ob after another...and at the moment I have 3 ob's at once...two in the genital area and one on my bottom lip......This has been a frequent event for over 2 months now...I have no idea what has changed but I'm a little scared and not sure what to do..I've tried talking to my doc about it and all they say is stress brings them on...The only thing stressing me out are these frequent ob's....Has this happened with anyone else here? Or does anyone here please have any info on why this may be happening...am I dying or what?...I've had a lot of blood work done for other things recently and all my levels are good...so I dont know what direction to look. HELP

Sorry to hear you are having such a hard time. I assure you, you are not the only one with back to back outbreaks. I have them constantly, but I am a stressful person. Outbreaks are usually triggered by stress, illness, lack of sleep, diet, even hormone imbalance. This virus affects everyone differently, so finding your triggers can be tricky. Just try to stay healthy and exercise. It's good for mind, body and soul and might help to quiet things down for you. Hope this helps.

Thank you so much for your reply SheIsBlue...it was comforting just to hear someone say that its not just me..I've had this virus for years and years and I am just now starting to actually fear it....

Hey @Zrozpaczona9 that looks like folliculitis to me, that’s independent of the question of herpes. The doctor is wrong in the sense that a negative IgG test is beyond reasonable doubt that you do not have herpes. It is a small percentage of people for which a false negative occurs. The doctor is right to take a swab to increase your confidence that there’s no herpes present. I’m sure you’ll have your result soon.

In this forum we will discuss does lume work Lume is paraben-free and uses several natural ingredients like Aloe barbadensis leaf juice, tapioca starch, and Maranta arundinacea root powder (also known as arrowroot powder) to control odor and sweat. One of the key Lume deodorant ingredients is mandelic acid, an AHA found in skin care products, which also has an antibacterial effect.

Ibuprofen medicine is a painkiller. Can you take ibuprofen on an empty stomach  Some people take medicine empty stomach which is not good for our health. Because painkiller kind of medicine is very strong and can harm your liver. Medicine makes many strong ingredients. like Lactose, corn starch, hypromellose, sodium starch glycolate, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate, sucrose, talc, titanium dioxide (E171), and carnauba wax.
