This virus has pretty much ran my life since I was 15 the worst part is that I didn't contract the viruis through sexual contact I'm pretty sure we'll im 99.9% sure I just gave it to my new boss to make matters worse I've only been working there for 4 days .... Im under so much stress and anxiety all the time now where I have difficult time breathing just thinking about it. I try so hard to protect others but it seems the harder I try the more it back fires on my face. I Feel so ashamed and guilty all the time. I don't know how I could of given it to her we didn't even have sexual intercourse and now I'm gonna watch my new work place go to shit in this next month. I want to commit sucide every waking moment of my life but the only thing keeping me alive is the hope that one day I will finish school and become a virologist I dont even want this career but I don't have choice I have to fix this and make it right one day. If I don't accomplish my mission my conscious knows I will die trying this is the only idea that's keeping me on this earth. Without I would of have already taken my own life. This viruis is so easily transmitted that I can't stand when people or doctors say it can't be contracted through non-sexual contact that is bullshit !! It can be spread through a million different possibilities the ways are almost endless. I'm a very smart individual always have been thanks to my parents I know I have the ability to achieve this profession and finally put an end to this I know it seems pointless because of how tricky the viruis works but I'm tired of hearing that and that they will never be a cure in the near future so I'm taking it up into my own hands and achieving something God never could do for me...fuck God I got tired of praying so many sleepless nights of praying and praying... I will become God and fix this myself sorry not sorry if this offends you but I've been praying to God for so long I know I've finally lost my shit and have made this mission my campaign.

Sorry for my crazy rant but thank you herpes and the stigma my mentality has officially been fucked

Your doctors are correct. The ONLY way to spread this virus is through physical contact, so if you didn't have intercourse or come in contact with your boss with your genitals you did not pass it to her.

You need professional help. If you are having suicidal thoughts you need help. Please get help.

What if I did ? What if I used gloves and then she used them. I swear that's how it happened.... Could my hsv2 spread to my fingers some how ?

The virus dies immediately when it leaves the body, it can't be spread by gloves. The ONLY way is from skin to skin contact.

Please get help.

Reading posts today, depression/needing counseling help is a common theme. A lot of people come to this website for information and help. Is there a specific resource that we can point people to who are suffering from the psychological impact of hsv?

I typically ask people to seek out a local support group and ask their advice for a hsv friendly therapist. There is always the option of joining the secret Facebook groups and asking the same question there.

That's not true today my boss has been showing sympthoms of the a cold but not really just like herpes virus causes they've been arguing a lot and been given the dirtiest looks in the world like they know but they are not sure this is the 2nd time this has happened I can't believe this shit if the viruis dies when it touches air then how did I past it to them are you even a doctor what are credentials ? The viruis can survive out of the body up to 30 days or so. I confronted them and asked if everything was okay and that the co manager has been given me dirty looks lately (the manger and the co manger are married) for the rest of the shift it was really quite more quite then usual i can also feel a erie feeling in the room...I'm a fucking curse

      I have not found a cheaper source for Amenalief, and I've searched high and low. I have a thread called "Pritelivir at Last" you may want to follow as I have a strong belief that It may be available to the public in the summer of 2024 and as I find new info, I update the thread immediately. Now, may I suggest a combination of drugs that several others on this forum have found to be very effective over acyclovir alone? Myself and others have found that taking 40mg of omeprazole (Tagamet @dissolvedo2 ) with 1 gram of Valacyclovir in the morning and 1 gram of Valacyclovir in the evening alone for 3 days have had profound effectiveness at stopping outbreaks in their tracks. I'd like to remind you that I am not a doctor and at best I am personal researcher for what works for me. I @lw@ys share my findings with the forum in the hopes to help others alleviate their suffering. There is another drug combo that I have tried myself as well as others on this forum have tried and that I personally feel is a much more effective for myself. This combo is 1 gram of activated charcoal with 1-gram of valacyclovir in the morning followed by 1 gram of valacyclovir in the evening alone, again for 3 days. I have found that this has reduced my outbreaks to almost only once a year and they are mild at worse. Again, just a reminder that this works for me and may not work for you but I always feel that i have to share this with anyone that cannot get this virus under control so I hope my findings can help those of you who cannot achieve relief with the standard treatment alone. The stronger anti-virals come with risks and if I can help anyone avoid those risks then by all means I feel I have done some good in this world. I only ask that you let me know if either of these suggestions work for you so that I can document it in my notes. Good luck my friend!

      Hi @WhatDidIDo2023, hopefully all is well with you and your significant other and are still together.   Did she develop any other symptoms after you mentioned her getting itchiness? Was it determined what you had was contagious? Most likely developed a fungal disease and caused her a yeast or uti

      Been a few weeks it went away but reappeared again tiny red marks not raised spots or anything no pain or itching ,I have had all negative tests on Sti's ..
