Moringa Oleifera, Grapefruit juice and Chlorophyll - what worked for me

Okay my story is I had terrible HSV2 symptoms basically everday for like 6-7 months. Nothing worked for me, i refused to take antivirals as I believe these are the main reason we do not yet have a vaccine and imo they are garbage with it working for some people and not for others plus side effects. Anyway someone gave me Full Spectrum Moringa Oleifera 400mg made by Swanson, it worked. Moringa Oleifera has been shown to be just as effective as any antiviral today. Its proven by scientific research. Anyway I couldn't get these exact tablets anymore as they were given to me by someone from Singapore. I then was able to get Moringa powder, but it left me with horrible cramps so I gave it up. I then tried yellow grapefruit juice which seemed to be just as effective as the Moringa pills or maybe even better but I also read about Chlorophyll and if I feel a bit funny down there I drink this straight away. This has left me outbreak free and pretty much symptom free for 3 months. Don't know if it'll work for others but it worked for me. It's definitely not a cure but it can make it a whole lot better.

Do you have herpes? Was that confirmed with a blood test? What were the results?

I got infected with hsv2 in Nov 2014, had the sores, flu like illness stabbing pain when peeing. I knew I was kinda stuffed but I couldn't see my normal doctor till Dec 2014 got tested negative on IGG test no value was given.

So I wait and then test in Feb 2015 still experiencing outbreaks all the time, test result goes to equivocal again no value is given, it's equivocal again in Mar 2015 and then finally, mid April 2015 it came up as positive and I've never seen a numerical value just an overall result with negative then equivocal then positive.

Thank you for posting and sharing. I just started taking Chlorophyll. I may have been going into an outbreak because I had the irritated skin and blisters were looking like they were trying to form....took the chlorophyll and it shut it right down. I use a product called ChlorOxygen. I also apply Usnea extract to area several times a day. Between the two...I never got a breakout

Do u take the chlorophyll orally and apply the usnea to the developing lesions? Day one of this and trying to find the best daily regimen, as healthy as possible. I bought some lysin. I take probiotics daily and a multivitamin. And on my first week of antibiotics.

Hey @Zrozpaczona9 that looks like folliculitis to me, that’s independent of the question of herpes. The doctor is wrong in the sense that a negative IgG test is beyond reasonable doubt that you do not have herpes. It is a small percentage of people for which a false negative occurs. The doctor is right to take a swab to increase your confidence that there’s no herpes present. I’m sure you’ll have your result soon.

In this forum we will discuss does lume work Lume is paraben-free and uses several natural ingredients like Aloe barbadensis leaf juice, tapioca starch, and Maranta arundinacea root powder (also known as arrowroot powder) to control odor and sweat. One of the key Lume deodorant ingredients is mandelic acid, an AHA found in skin care products, which also has an antibacterial effect.

Ibuprofen medicine is a painkiller. Can you take ibuprofen on an empty stomach  Some people take medicine empty stomach which is not good for our health. Because painkiller kind of medicine is very strong and can harm your liver. Medicine makes many strong ingredients. like Lactose, corn starch, hypromellose, sodium starch glycolate, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate, sucrose, talc, titanium dioxide (E171), and carnauba wax.

Never had a history of Oral cold sores before, but have dated someone with them.  Thats very interesting about the test. This was my first full panel.  The large bumps have recently show up, its been about a few weeks when I noticed them. Again no pain nor fluids from them.
