my ex wants to work it out and I don't want to but I am afraid of giving H to a new partner snd I didn't give it to him. I am having trouble walking away even though I am

Unhappy and it's all because of H. I am feeling the anxiety and depression again. I think about H 90 percent of the day. I wake up thinking about it again I feel I am at the beginning again after my second OB

I know exactly how you feel. Its all i think about aswell i hate to be all stressed & depressed about it. & i feel like this ob never going to go away it makes things worse

Maybe u should tell him that your not ready for that right now cause your already dealing with a lot at the moment. Whatever makes u feel better

I already have and he doesn't give me space. But now with a new guy I have to go through all the emotions again if being afraid if I passed it. It's not that easy to pass they say well how do we alll have it then????

First take a deep breath & remember how great of a person you are. All the great things in life you deserve. There are ways to prevent ob & from passing it on you just have to do more research on it. You want to be happy & you should be happy. Dont let H get in the way of that. The more you are afraid of this the more your going to think about it & the more your going to worry. Just take it slow & if he doesnt give you space then he doesnt care about how you feel or what you want hes just being selfish

I take natural anti virals. I do a lot of research but the anxiety is still there. My doctor recommends I don't take valtrex since I don't get frequent OB and babe liver problems. This is going to haunt me for life and I would never want to put someone through this. I'm sleeping with someone and this is why the anxiety all came back I think because I am afraid to pass it then he will pass it since we are not dating.

Maybe you should find someone who has it? In my case I was lucky enough that this was a scare and I'm actually okay. But I'm still on the fence I went for my second opinion and got amazing news but the back of my

Mind is still what if which is why I will continue to stay on this website for moral support to others and for myself.

I think if you disclose and he is okay with it , that's all you can do. You need to remind yourself that he knows and doesn't see it as a huge issue.

Easier said than done I'm sure - but the fear and anxiety will do more harm than the actual issue itself!

It's just really frustrating when it is all hours think about. And you need know 2 of my close friends have it and I can't even talk to them bridge everyone has a big mouth and I never told anyone.

Nope! I had a friend who got it at 17. Well and told her new BF and be told everyone and rejected her. My BF at the time told her new BF during s fight. Poor girl can't imagine what she went through at 17. We lost touch today. I still wouldn't be able to trust her to talk to her about this because I could get a hold of her on FB

Yup! You tell one person then they tell someone then they tell someone. That's how I found out about my 2 good friends, through other people! Anti virals helped me feel normal

Down there again for the first 6 to 8 months

      Hey @Zrozpaczona9 that looks like folliculitis to me, that’s independent of the question of herpes. The doctor is wrong in the sense that a negative IgG test is beyond reasonable doubt that you do not have herpes. It is a small percentage of people for which a false negative occurs. The doctor is right to take a swab to increase your confidence that there’s no herpes present. I’m sure you’ll have your result soon.

      Hey @WilsoInAus miałam dzisiaj wizytę u dermatologa, gdyż dostałam zmian w pachwinie, w trakcie wakacji nad morzem. Udałam sie tam ze zmianami w postaci strupów. Powiedział ze nie można wykluczyć opryszczki mimo negatywnego wyniku Hsv igg i zalecił wymaz z pochwy na Hsv i inne choroby. Wytłumaczyłam mu że zmiany zamieniają się w strup, ale nie ma w nich płynu, więc zalecił badanie śluzu pochwy na hsv PCR, zastanawiam się czy ma to sens, i czy wirusa można wykryć na podstawie tego badania w wydzielin z szyjki macicy.
