Feel scared!

So I was diagnosed a few months ago and haven't received an outbreak as of yet. It's difficult for me to determine whether I Am getting symptoms as I also suffer from an eczema condition down there which can leave me feeling a little itchy even without the diagnosis of herpes. Since being split from my boyfriend who had infected me I have had sex and oral sex with another person , it was frightening as I was so scared to pass it on as I have read that it is still possible to spread the virus even when having no symptoms so I ensured he wore a condom every time. And haven't heard anything of him finding blisters that gives me any reason to think he has caught it. I am to see him again and for his safety and my dignity I will ensure a condom is used again but what I'm worried about is my skin breaking due to my eczema it gets sore and can tear easily through sex hence why I think i caught the virus so easily in the first place. What if this makes an easy transmission even with the condom on . Just the whole situation makes me feel so upset I have to be on edge all the time I feel like it's destroying my sex life. I'm 21 and don't want to feel like I have to tell every guy I sleep with that I have an sti. I feel crap!!

You should get a steroid cream to clear up the eczema. I, like you, have both eczema and HSV2. Yeah, go to Vegas with those odds of landing not one, but two incurable problems. Most of the time I can't tell that I have either, but when the eczema shows ul a couple days of the cream knocks it out.

Then, there is the "not telling" stigma. That is one that you are going to have to do some real soul searching on. If you have a high sex drive, as do I, then you'll need to take every precaution possible so that you don't pass it along. Stay healthy, stop eating junk food, nuts, corn, and chocolate and get on meds. The shedding is always an issue, but transmission to another person....that is not something that you want to do without giving them the choice.

Stay strong, live long!

Thanks for the advice playing.safer ! I deal with the eczema well as I have all creams and knows what triggers it. I guess yeah the more run down my body is the more likely I am going to get breakouts from both conditions. So I will maintain good health and good diet to help prevent the occurrence and stay protected.

After I got this shit from my ex, I haven't had sex. This is life, plenty of ppl do the same. It's been a year now. Until they find a cure, I just wouldn't want to put anyone at risk knowing the suffering that I have had to go through. Each to their own.

Hey @Zrozpaczona9 that looks like folliculitis to me, that’s independent of the question of herpes. The doctor is wrong in the sense that a negative IgG test is beyond reasonable doubt that you do not have herpes. It is a small percentage of people for which a false negative occurs. The doctor is right to take a swab to increase your confidence that there’s no herpes present. I’m sure you’ll have your result soon.

In this forum we will discuss does lume work Lume is paraben-free and uses several natural ingredients like Aloe barbadensis leaf juice, tapioca starch, and Maranta arundinacea root powder (also known as arrowroot powder) to control odor and sweat. One of the key Lume deodorant ingredients is mandelic acid, an AHA found in skin care products, which also has an antibacterial effect.

Ibuprofen medicine is a painkiller. Can you take ibuprofen on an empty stomach  Some people take medicine empty stomach which is not good for our health. Because painkiller kind of medicine is very strong and can harm your liver. Medicine makes many strong ingredients. like Lactose, corn starch, hypromellose, sodium starch glycolate, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate, sucrose, talc, titanium dioxide (E171), and carnauba wax.

Never had a history of Oral cold sores before, but have dated someone with them.  Thats very interesting about the test. This was my first full panel.  The large bumps have recently show up, its been about a few weeks when I noticed them. Again no pain nor fluids from them.
