Anyone else still get flu symptoms during recurring outbreaks?

It seems like every time I have an outbreak my body gets really achy and I'm super tired. It also seems like my body temperature is all out of whack, like it will feel like I have a fever but my temperature is fine. Has this happened to anyone else? I had bloodwork done and my thyroid is fine. I don't know what else to do

So I'm a little over 6 1/2 months into this.  I have hsv1 oral and genital.  My throat would get sore and I felt feverish.   It was really bothering the hell out of me.  And my brain stem/neck would feel warm and I just wouldn't be able to think very clearly.  Not when I take St. John's Wort though.  I think SJW is one of THE most important herbs that anyone who is entering the herpes world should try. 

 

But now, I don't get the feverishness as much.  My brain stem will feel sensational, warm, and uneasy.  When I get rest it's as if my body is able to subdue it and things are able to cool down.  I was concerned about my temperature, too.  And it was slightly lower.  I do have a predisposition to thyroid deficiencies.

 

I finally made myself an herbal formula and things are much better now.    Life is so weird, I'm so at ease with this and I never thought I would.  I mean, I could complain about it but why?

• I am 26 and I have had herpes labialis for as long as I can remember, worse than anyone else I have ever met (6 or more episodes per month) I have never been sexually active so it is not a sexually contracted disease. But I remember when I got to the age that my health teachers were teaching about  STDs and there was a giant poster of oral herpes in my health classroom and everyone would look at them and look directly back at me. I was branded a whore before I ever even held a boy's hand. I mean to say that I empathize with you, the people like me who do not have an std but herpes labialis since I was born. I was young and had so many issues but finally I stopped having as many outbreaks but good news: normally the outbreaks stop being so frequent earlier than mine(I was 20 but normally it stops being so frequent earlier than that) I have a really weak immune system. There is hope and you do not have to try and be invisible. F*ck what everyone else thinks and you are better. Please believe me it is not worth the emotional pain and embarrassment .
