Need advice on possible herpes

Hi,

I think I may have a herpes lesion on my penis. From what I have read my symtoms are the same as herpes. Its a very minute area that is infected if it is herpes. I feel tingling and a slight burning sensation in the area. It started off to be a red bump then turned into a moist blister like spot. I noticed it about 4-5 days ago and it started to heal and scab over (turned crusty). I thought it would be ok to masturbate but that has opened it back up and irritated it more. Its not painfull just a little irritated.

I have had several sexual partners in the past but presently have been with my current girlfried for 1 and half years. This is the first time I have ever shown symtoms in my life. She has NEVER shown any symptoms for genital herpes but she does have HPV (warts). I have never shown symptoms for HPV. We have unprotected sex all the time and she hasn't shown symptoms. We have been together for a long time and we find it hard to believe that I may have Genital Herpes after not haveing symptoms for so long. The only partner I think who i may have contracted it from was over 2 years ago.

My questions are:

#1 Will the herpes out breaks spread to other parts of my genital region?

#2 Can I spread the sores to my lips by touching the infected area on my penis?

#3 Is it possible that my partner will never show symptoms if she hasn't already?
