First oral outbreak

Recommended Posts

Ive been diagnosed about a month and I have gotten an genital outbreak but I have yet to get one orally. Now I am starting to notice small white bumps on the corners of my mouth. I thought they were blackheads at first so I popped them but that just made it worse. Im not sure if this is normal but I have also white bumps on around the inside of my lips. My tonsils legit look like swiss cheese or even craters and the roof of my mouth has tiny white dots all around. I could feel tingling at the corners of my mouth. This may not be an outbreak, but I am really paranoid. Im freaking out beacuse right now I have no insurance and dont have access to meds. Itll be so embarassing to walk around campus with this on my face especailly when everyone will know its herpes. I do not want to walk around in shame because of that. What are some remedies I could use on an early outbreak???? Help please.

If you have any money you can pick up an over the counter item.  Also, eat plenty of eggs, cheese, chicken, and other foods rich in lysine.  keep your lips from getting dry.  Vitamin C can help also.

Super Lysine Plus Cold Sore Ointment by Quantum  - I saw it at super walmart, cvs, walgreens.  I just put it on before bedtime and throughout the day.  It's an awesome nourishing, yet clearing herbal ointment.  soooo goood.   check on amazon/google for what it looks like.   Seriously deflated my first epic cold sore.  And has been great at subduing and chilling future ones.  And it's not a questionable chemical or just numbing agent.

Hey @Zrozpaczona9 that looks like folliculitis to me, that’s independent of the question of herpes. The doctor is wrong in the sense that a negative IgG test is beyond reasonable doubt that you do not have herpes. It is a small percentage of people for which a false negative occurs. The doctor is right to take a swab to increase your confidence that there’s no herpes present. I’m sure you’ll have your result soon.

In this forum we will discuss does lume work Lume is paraben-free and uses several natural ingredients like Aloe barbadensis leaf juice, tapioca starch, and Maranta arundinacea root powder (also known as arrowroot powder) to control odor and sweat. One of the key Lume deodorant ingredients is mandelic acid, an AHA found in skin care products, which also has an antibacterial effect.

Ibuprofen medicine is a painkiller. Can you take ibuprofen on an empty stomach  Some people take medicine empty stomach which is not good for our health. Because painkiller kind of medicine is very strong and can harm your liver. Medicine makes many strong ingredients. like Lactose, corn starch, hypromellose, sodium starch glycolate, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate, sucrose, talc, titanium dioxide (E171), and carnauba wax.
