OK , I've had herpes since 2007.. I'm 26. Its 2015. So yeah, that's a pretty long stretch to deal with this irritating disease.  But enough small talk. This first thing you want to remember is not to STRESS! Stress and herpes are very flirtatious together.. Never stress no matter what. Secondly. Always smiles and control your emotions. Try not to get too excited or anxious over things. Thirdly, eat veggies and fruit that doesn't contain high citrus.. Eat actual meals and not bird food meals (if you know what I mean).Fourth, get a nice exercise in daily to control your immune system , this comes with taking vitamin C and drinking lots of water. Now my main secret is unbelievable!!!! You won't believe it! Every time I feel a out break coming (irritating tingling sensation on the ballsack area) I put a nice cover of Minced Garlic on the areas  my outbreaks take place and it literally kills it!!! I believed in pills and was taking the pills for so long   I just kept researching and researching. There it is!! Minced garlic !! I put it on my outbreaks and it kills it within 30 mins. Apply a decent amount of the garlic on the area for about 3-4 mins it simply rinces off with water and it should show you results. You can get minced garlic at any grocery stores.  Like Kroger and etc. Good luck guys!

@KingPisces are you affected genitally and, if so, do you find that applying minced garlic doesn't irritate your skin much? Just wondering how viable it is for those who have outbreaks in sensitive areas.
