First herpes attack please help me :(

Hi,

ıts my first attack and I wanna kill my self. Thank God my boyfriend knows and he will have a test too so emotional part is not that much bad but this pain oMG! 

Its my day 4 and alteady jumped to anus part but the problem is I'm using antibiotics, valtrex 500 and antiviral cream also taking Lysine support each day but when this shit will finish? What is the average day of first attack? 

Sorry to say but I even dont wanna eat or drink cause of toilet pain.. 

How do you wish your vagina, by water or intim? Also how many times Per day? 

When it will finish please help..

Hang in there. I know it doesn't feel like it, but it will get better soon. My initial ob was horrendous. I couldn't pee without wanting to be put out of my misery. If you lean over the toilet facing the back of the toilet and cover the vagina with your hand,  you can try to get the stream from touching sores. I also peed in a warm bath and used warm water and ran it over as I peed. 

The only thing that helped me for pain was: icing the vagina, taking Tylenol, and sitting in warm baths (Epsom salts would be beneficial). I would also wet a cloth with warm water and dab it over all the sores (frequently) especially after going to the bathroom. That caused a lot of relief. Keeping them clean is essential. Don't use soap to clean unless you're showering and keep it to the outside of your vagina.

I took 500 mg twice a day to help get rid of the OB. Apply Vaseline, diaper rash cream, or aloe to the sores to help heal them once they pop. I guess antiviral cream will help too.

My OB (pain wise) lasted about 7-10 days. You're half way there!

Youll feel like a brand new woman once the pain stops!

My first OB was last about 2 weeks. I had a severe one too. I took Valtrex, paracetamol and Lysine. In the beginning the doctor prescribed another type of anti viral but it did not work and I went back so he gave me Valtrex and it worked well. You should see the improvement by week 2 but I think its difeerent but similar for each person. Hang in there, you ll be ok

Update! I just visited the doctor, on my smear test there is nothing written about herpes but doctor says I am ! Now we changed the MG of the pills; now I will get Valtrex 1000 MG Per day + 750 MG antibiotics + Anestol cream (to help toilet part) + Furacin cream 

I hope it will pass in a week..
