This virus isn't even in our blood. It sort of likes to pop up once in a while on our skin and run up and down our nerves.

Yeah...forgotten about that..haha

Hi! Pinoy din ako. I know this post is quite old na, pero na diagnose ako nito 4 years ago. Na depressed talaga ako ng sobra. Exaggerated ba? Pero may supplement (L-Lysine) pa rin akong itinatago sa med cabinet ko just in case bulabugin ulit ako nito. So in other words, tatlong taon na akong cold sore free.

Hi Adrienne and all,

I felt a little better reading your message. I've got infected with a genital herpes and the thought has been haunting me since then. Nakaka depressed talaga. After that we separated and di na ako ulit nagkaroon ng relasyon. Now I have a bf and we're getting really serious and he has serious plans for us. I feel so scared na ang infection ko ang magiging dahilan na iiwan nya ako. I really don't know what to do. The likelihood of passing the infection to him is so high once we engage into intimate contact. Sobra ang respeto nya sa akin and conservative sya so natatakot din akong ipaalam yet ayoko nman na malalaman lang nya once he gets infected. Sana may makausap ako who would be willing to share experiences and how they dealt with it. Marami pong salamat.

I've been in that situation, yung pag open up sa boyfriend mo tungkol dito. Sobrang hirap but I didn't take the risk of hiding the truth from him.

Firstly, this is a just a skin condition. Don't let it wreck you. Tell yourself now, it's a skin condition. Don't read anything more. Just tell yourself it's a skin condition. It does not kill you, hurt you or change who you are. Don't over think a skin condition. It's like a pimple, a flu or a cold. It's a skin condition. I spent 2 years dealing with anxiety, depression and feeling horrible; then I read an article on how it's a skin condition. Don't let it control you.

It's not a disease, how many outbreaks have you had and can you afford Valtrex? It's really not a big deal.

Your name shows. Screenshots exist. Real identities. I am sure it's very good for some people. But the risk of exposing a private thing is too large. I am sure the intention is good.

Hi guys, My name is Shelly. I'm 25 years old! I've had Herpes for 5 going on 6 years now. I'm just here hoping to learn more ways to deal with the situation and meet new people who actually know what I'm going through!  Thank you for reading! 💕

Hey @Zrozpaczona9 that looks like folliculitis to me, that’s independent of the question of herpes. The doctor is wrong in the sense that a negative IgG test is beyond reasonable doubt that you do not have herpes. It is a small percentage of people for which a false negative occurs. The doctor is right to take a swab to increase your confidence that there’s no herpes present. I’m sure you’ll have your result soon.

In this forum we will discuss does lume work Lume is paraben-free and uses several natural ingredients like Aloe barbadensis leaf juice, tapioca starch, and Maranta arundinacea root powder (also known as arrowroot powder) to control odor and sweat. One of the key Lume deodorant ingredients is mandelic acid, an AHA found in skin care products, which also has an antibacterial effect.

Ibuprofen medicine is a painkiller. Can you take ibuprofen on an empty stomach  Some people take medicine empty stomach which is not good for our health. Because painkiller kind of medicine is very strong and can harm your liver. Medicine makes many strong ingredients. like Lactose, corn starch, hypromellose, sodium starch glycolate, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate, sucrose, talc, titanium dioxide (E171), and carnauba wax.
