30 Years of suffering and now 7 months free

HI,

I have had Cold Sore at every stressful time in my life and would seem to get one every few months for no reason at all.

I have now gone 7 months and some very stress filled times with NO sign of a Cold Sore.

The Answer…. I have switched from cows milk to goats milk, that’s it!

Not saying this will work for everyone or that I won’t get another Cold Sore, all I can say is 7 months free and that is all I changed!

Please try it… If you are anything like I was you would try anything, why not change milk and see if it works for you.

Some people are sensitive to immune-stimulating components of cow's milk. Dairy in general causes inflammation in the body. Goat's milk lowers your inflammation levels substantially, boosts your immune system, and is more nutrient-rich than cow's milk. Glad it's helping you 2slice. I'd love to include it in my diet too but don't due to financial constraints at this time.
