Isagenix? Meal Replacement Shakes?

I'm looking into meal replacement shakes but since they pretty much all contain high arginine ingredients I've tried to stay away from most. However, my roommate drinks these IsaLean shakes from Isagenix and I looked at the ingredients for fun - it had a higher lysine to arginine ratio! like around 1500 to 680 or something like that. I couldn't really find any ingredients listed that looked like they'd be triggers but I figured I'd ask on here. Anyone ever try that brand before with success? (meaning no outbreaks)

Are there any other shake brands that are good? I'm talking meal replacement or protein-type shakes. Not pre-workouts.

Thanks!

I'm about to start Isagenix so if I notice anything I'll holler. Also, i may take l-lysine supplements just in case. For the past 8 months I've used Beachbody Shakeology with no problems. I stay away from Garcinia Cambogia. Took a product that had it and all I know whatever was in it was horrible for me. The worst I'd ever had and back to back OBs

Hi @WhatDidIDo2023, hopefully all is well with you and your significant other and are still together.   Did she develop any other symptoms after you mentioned her getting itchiness? Was it determined what you had was contagious? Most likely developed a fungal disease and caused her a yeast or uti

Hi @Luna 01 I really feel it is worthwhile obtaining a proper Herpeselect test given the outcomes of the home panel test. Regardless, your current symptoms are almost certainly not related to herpes. Hopefully, your doctor can assist in resolving these.
