Vitamin intake

Recommended Posts

Hey Guys, I just wanted to share my Vitamin intake with everyone to see if people have had positive results with taking these supplements.

Even before i was diagnosed with this horrible virus I was taking Vitamin C, D, B12 and Zinc. I also added in Lysine after outbreaks started to occur. I was averaging 1 OB every 3 months or so for the past yr. Then i had 1 each month for 3 months. So I decided to do some research and now have added Red Marine Algea Plus, Echinacea, Olive Leaf Extract and just recently Turmeric Curcumin.

So for the 2 months after my last outbreak I have been outbreak free... However I felt tingling and itching in the area a lot. I felt like my body was naturally fighting off the virus... And then it stopped which made me feel like I made some progress until last week. I had an OB and it lasted 2 days. It healed very fast since I took valtrex as well as my vitamins early on. But then 4 days later a new outbreak started in the same area... This time i didn't take Valtrex just to see the difference. Well that was 4 days ago and it is healing but slowly without the Valtrex. I want to make my body heal it naturally. I have read that if you take a lot of supplements the virus goes through a stage where its fighting with your immune system during the first couple of months so I am hoping this is what's happening and my outbreaks become less frequent... Anyway, I just htought I would share and keep you guys posted on my results... If anyone has used similar vitamins and had the same experience please share. Wish everyone luck!

  • 2 weeks later...

Exercise helps as well. Cardio is great because of the increase in oxygen in the body that circulates. Oxygen helps with a healthier immune system. When I first got infected I didn't know for months because I had a great cardio routine. It was until I slowed down at the gym that I got my first symptoms. Boooo!

Hey @Zrozpaczona9 that looks like folliculitis to me, that’s independent of the question of herpes. The doctor is wrong in the sense that a negative IgG test is beyond reasonable doubt that you do not have herpes. It is a small percentage of people for which a false negative occurs. The doctor is right to take a swab to increase your confidence that there’s no herpes present. I’m sure you’ll have your result soon.

In this forum we will discuss does lume work Lume is paraben-free and uses several natural ingredients like Aloe barbadensis leaf juice, tapioca starch, and Maranta arundinacea root powder (also known as arrowroot powder) to control odor and sweat. One of the key Lume deodorant ingredients is mandelic acid, an AHA found in skin care products, which also has an antibacterial effect.

Ibuprofen medicine is a painkiller. Can you take ibuprofen on an empty stomach  Some people take medicine empty stomach which is not good for our health. Because painkiller kind of medicine is very strong and can harm your liver. Medicine makes many strong ingredients. like Lactose, corn starch, hypromellose, sodium starch glycolate, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate, sucrose, talc, titanium dioxide (E171), and carnauba wax.

Never had a history of Oral cold sores before, but have dated someone with them.  Thats very interesting about the test. This was my first full panel.  The large bumps have recently show up, its been about a few weeks when I noticed them. Again no pain nor fluids from them.
