I just can't believe I caught HSV2 at my age!! I had just started dating again. Well I guess I will only date guys with herpes. The dating is difficult enough at 40+. Now at least I might luck up and find a guy who wouldn't just want sex and instead want me too!

When you have sex at whatever I do have sex you risk getting an STD I'm 50 and I got mine and I have a lot of unprotected sex.  I don't think that you should limit yourself to only men who have HSV because there are those who don't have it here quite accepting and I figured this one out myself

I don't want to be a negative nancy but guys who actually have herpes are no different to guys without herpes and often just want sex.  You have to remember that a guy with herpes is a same as a girl with herpes and it's easier to meet someone else with it because they don't have to disclose and don't have to fear being rejected. guys have higher risk than women so they will most certainly use you for sex  because you already have herpes they don't have to worry about any of those things

:/ Thanks I don't think your being a negative Nancy. Just helped me remember why I might remain single. I just having platonic male friends is best suited for me right now.

The reason why I say this is well at least I had connected with 4 people on h dating site and all time wasters not interested in relatuonship.  online dating makes you prefer to be single
