WHEAT GRASS JUICE is the key. Stop paying 4 things that don't really help or just suppresses, do your own research on wheatgrass and see what it does to the body and the blood if you understand herpes you will understand how wheatgrass can help you. And it's very easy all you need is 2 ounces a day you can buy it from a juice store or you can buy the actual wheatgrass and juice it into juice  yourself. very inexpensive. if it's not a cure it's close to it. I've been using this for about four months and I don't have outbreaks I still feel the feeling every now and again but not an actual outbreak the symptoms are getting weaker and weaker I can feel it just try it and thank me later

I'm not a doc but I have had this ish for over 10 year's + and wheatgrass had such a strong effect on me and the only real thing that I can say honestly helps. It boots your immune system up so high the virus can't (come out to play) it increases tissue cell activity regrowth, increases red blood cells, and is very rich in vitamin A vitamin C and vitamin B

Do you have some literature about this for us? How it boosts the immune system, how this is measured, and what role tissue cell activity regrowth, increase of red bloodcells and vitamin A C and B play in supressing the virus?

Just try it everybody stop taking whatever you're taking for one month and try wheatgrass juice two shots a day which is 2 ounces for one month and you'll notice the difference just try it won't hurt it's actually good for you if you didn't have herpes it should be in your diet anyway my personal opinion if you take it for an extended period of time I think it will erase the herpes or care if not cure drop your load down so much you won't have any symptoms

I have no literature you have to do your own research on wheatgrass I understand herpes and how it hides and the key is to keep your immune system as high as possible at all times naturally your body will kill anything that shouldn't be there if the immune system is strong enough to fight it wheatgrass is a super immune booster just do the research you'll understand more. again I'm not a doctor I'm just a regular person not trying to sell anybody on anything or trick anybody just wanted to help people who think they can't be helped

You claim : " It boots your immune system up so high the virus can't (come out to play) it increases tissue cell activity regrowth, increases red blood cells, and is very rich in vitamin A vitamin C and vitamin B "

and when I ask for how that works, and for your sources you tell us to just drop our medicine, take your advice but do our own research.  That is very odd!

YOU HAVE TO DO RESEARCH ON IT... I DON'T WANT TO MISS LEAD ANYONE. Read up on it then make your own decisions. But I promise you you'll find it useful

There's nothing wrong with suggesting that certain nutrients may help suppress the virus to some extent. Certainly, nutrition and other things that keep the immune system healthy and going strong is a good thing. But if you say it could possibly cure herpes then you can go join the ozone crowd. The cure for herpes is in the research labs; PERIOD!

Please don't yell. You say we have to take a certain therapy, you make big claims about it, and yell at us we have to do your research for you and stop taking antivirals (that in my case do help and cost me nothing, because in the Netherlands we are all communists with something even more extreme than Obamacare). That is not ok.

If your happy with whatever your taking then good. What I'm saying may not be for you. I'm just trying to help and I'm just giving my personal opinion.  from someone who's been suffering from this for over 10 year's, I've found NOTHING better. And if you believe there is a cure in the works in some lab then that's great. But if there is it will never be released to the public.  So it's irrelevant. Period! I use to take supplements such as (supper) L -Lysine and that did great things when it came to suppressing. But now I don't take any supplements, and never taken Valtrex in my life. I'm only on wheatgrass now, which has no side effects and it's all natural. I know the virus in my body and certain things I would do like ( excessive alcohol or excessive sex) would cause the virus to react, with taking wheatgrass and doing those same certain things the virus doesn't react the same any more. It's like I know it's there still but it's very weak. That's the only way I can really explain the feeling.  Just try it!

I will try it .. is there a certain brand you use? Im doing multivitamins, Lysine, fish oil, EpiCor.. nothing really works for me so I dont mind trying something new to see if that helps.. I think im acyclovir-resistant since the typical prescriptions dont work on me

Organic wheatgrass. Make sure it's not the kind for animals and not the pill form. I buy the actual grass and juice it myself with a machine. Whoever tries this please come back and let us know if it did any good for you

Tough crowd!  @rayrayb  It doesn't hurt to try. However MayClinic Doc says the following about wheatgrass:

Wheatgrass is generally considered safe. It may cause nausea, anorexia and constipation. However, if you are allergic to wheat or grass, or have celiac disease or gluten intolerance, check with your doctor before using wheatgrass.

rayrayb, wheat grass DOES NOT CURE HERPES.

If YOU, had herpes before taking wheat grass, you still have it. It still resides latent in your neurons. Sorry buddy.
Please don't send me a link that has a testimony of someone saying they were cured with wheat grass. That is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. Well, that and ozone treatments.

If wheat grass helps you, great. Perhaps it helps your immune system which in turn helps suppress the virus. But it's not a cure.

Yes, but every married person who I found out about that has this waited 6-8 months into the relationship to disclose it. But maybe you're right. If I had told her 6-7 months in, she'd still have Googled it and flipped out, and maybe it would have been harder then. I don't know. I don't see myself going through this level of pain and rejection so easily next time. I really don't. I'm taking the meds. I use protection. It's been almost a decade since I've had it so I'm not worried about shedding or passing it on so easily. British studies confirm that the first 2 years are the most contagious and we're passed that. I'm just over this. I've never been in so much emotional pain in my life.

Is this herpes? I can’t find any pics that match this exactly and my symptoms don’t really match. I don’t have really any of the typical herpes symptoms other than pictured, so I figured it could be friction as I have recently been having a lot of sex with a new partner. Way more than normal. Started having unprotected sex about 3 - 4 weeks ago. These symptoms only started about 3-4 days ago. Felt burning in some areas and only some very few tiny red areas/spots appeared. Almost shiny in appearance. Seems to settle very quickly. They were only present for a day or so. Also had some very mild irritation after I pee but not during. This spot has 2 small red lumps that are now dry around the outside. It’s like it’s been rubbed off and the skin is dry and shiny underneath. It doesn’t seem to be lesion. There was no puss or any leakage, nor was the skin ever red under them. They also got better within a day or so. I still have red spots around but they are very small and not bunched together and some general discomfort but I feel it’s because I’ve touched it so much! Stressing a bit!  my research tells me friction burn/blister , Fungal ,herpes a bit of it all! I have no idea! Please help! Thanks in advance.

I’m going to force him to get tested ! Thanks for your help !

@EssenceL25 there really isn't a question mark around the source, it's your latest partner. The median time from infection to an outbreak of lesions upon initial infection is 4 days.  The only thing that isn't certain is the type I suggest.
