Hi, I just picked up some organic spirulina tablets at the health store. I read somewhere that this is a good supplement to defend against outbreaks for HSV. Does anyone here use this regularly, and if so have you noticed any benefits?

I drink Naked Juice on a pretty regular basis, Green Machine has it in there too if you want more and not in pill form. It's pretty good. I haven't noticed that anything really give me OB's though. Good luck9_9
