Outbreak every month

Every time I finish my period I get an outbreak. I start to get itchy around the start of my period and then a full blown outbreak once my period ends. I also noticed that I've gotten a really bad cold starting about 3 weeks before my period, then it'll go away once the outbreak starts. The cold will  come back a week or so after it went away. This has happened the last couple months and I've only had ghsv1 since the end of September/ beginning of October. The symptoms feel like a sinus infection almost. Very congested in my sinuses and chest. Bright green snot/ mucus( Tmi), and a bad cough and headaches.  Also I am on daily valtrex, so I'm not sure that it's even working. Just  wondering if anyone has had similar experiences and or advice. So tired of being constantly sick and of the constant outbreaks.

Take a close look at your dietary intakes of vitamins A, C, D, and K (K1 and K2). Usually deficiencies in these will cause you to be very prone to infections.
