Could this be herpes or what is this?

The infection has been there for 8 month. I can reduce the inflammation and also the hemorrhoids using zink oxide, and anti fungal creams but have not had any success for a permanent cure. Any opinions?

have you had any blisters ? i think you would of noticed them in this area, if you say anti fungal helps then its possibly that. you need to see a doctor/ Gp , it could be some skin issue you have... sometimes in places like that it can take a while to clear up.

I have not seen any blisters. I was at the ER about 8 days after infection, diagnosed with foliculitis, mouth ulceration. Took one IV doxycycoline dose and oral for 10 days little to no effect. At 8 days after infection I tested HSV 1 igg + sore of 26, and HSV 1 igm -, After 6 weeks igg + no igm test. I think igg should be neg after just 8 days for it to have been a recent infection and igm+(but igm test is less accurate) but not sure?

I also tested neg for gahneria, chlamindia, HIV, Syphilis, Hepatitis A,B,C. Compleate Blood Count shows, Neutrophils (Absolute) 7.9   High, and Bun/Creatine ratio high. All other values normal. Any suggestions?

There does seem to be haemorrhoids going on there, but you need medical assistance for correct diagnosis for best outcomes and treatments.

Your HSV-1 infection is almost certainly an oral infection from your childhood.

I have the same thing and it is not hemorrhoid or herpes. It is anal fissure. Just ask your doctor.  Close to the bulging part is where your fissure is. Since it has been going on for quite sometime, ask your doctor for treatment options. It would remain like that until the fissure is healed.  

Do you do anal sex by any chance? I know it is personal but I just wanna know.

I have mine for 7 years and i have been thinking of probably getting surgery. Defecating can be painful especially if you stool is not soft. And I think it irritates my prostate as well and somehow giving me a burning feeling when I urinate.

No, never have. The hemorrhoid or fissure is not my main concern, Its the inflammation around the rectum. And the eye pain I experience. I think the hemorrhoid will go back to normal once i have treated the infection.

The inflammation around rectum is common with fissure or hemorrhoid. I have the same thing. The inflammation will not go away unless you treat your hemorrhoid or your fissure. It is not the other way around. Since the area around your rectum is moist and part of your anal sphincter is bulging out, these conditions promote bacteria and yeast growth. Hence, you get redness around your rectum. 

Ask your doctor to do rectal exam for fissure or hemorrhoid. I am sure it is fissure. And if you want to cure it, you either have surgery or eat a lot of fibrous food and do sitz baths at least ones a day. Try to be more active and do not sit for a long time.

How did it all start anyway? 

About your eye pain, you should see an eye specialist. Try getting tested for eye pressure as well as xray behind your eye. Have your eye fluid examined as well.
