Cheap Valtrex? Has any purchased Valtrex in Mexico?

I am quite sure that Valtrex is significantly less expensive in Mexico and somehwat less expensive in Canada. Has any purchased Valtrex in Mexico and brought it back to the US? If so, please give some details on location, pricing, etc? Also, has anyone bought Valtrex online from a Canadian pharmacy? If so, which one and how much? Thanks so much.

Mexican pharmaceuticals

Jim,

I went down to Cuidad Juarez in September and checked out the pharmacies for Acyclovir. The first thing you see when you cross the border is about a million little pharmacies, selling all kinds of stuff over the counter (Viagra, pain killers anti-biotics). Yep, they sold acyclovir over the counter, too! If I remember correctly, it was 40 tablets, 200 mg for about twenty or twenty-five bucks (USD).

Let me know what you find out, eh?

mexican drugs

Hey!

Y'know, I'm not certain that they sell Valtrex in Mexico, but I can't imagine that they don't sell it, as it appears that they sell just about everything there.

The nearest US city to Cuidad Juarez is El Paso, TX. In fact, there are plenty of places in El Paso where one can park their car and simply walk across the border into Mexico. The entry fee (to enter Mexico) is a quarter, as is the exit fee.

If you go, make sure and check out the selection of black velvet paintings. They're the best!

Thanks a lot for the information. I would definitely think about taking a trip down there, but I would first have to get a little more information. Do you remember the name of the pharmacy you went to? maybe I could call them to confirm that they carry Valtrex and get a price quote. If I go, I will be sure to check out the paintings.

Has anybody else had success buying legit Valtrex in Mexico?

Thanks again.

Jim

valtrex in Mexico

Hey...

the name of the Mexican pharmacy? oh man, you don't know what your asking...! you really have to see how it is down there to understand. it's not like being in the states or canada - these are just like little shops. not like they're not legit, but they're just little places and not at all commercial. whether you could get valtrex or not... well, as i wrote before, there are so many of those little places, you'd just have to wander down the street and ask at each one.

honestly, unless you already live in the southwestern US, or plan on a trip south of the border anyways, it's probably cheaper to order them off the internet or go to a pharmacy near where you live.

good luck!

Curious about something

First off, is there a farmacia (pharmacy) in Ciudad Juarez that is recommended/has good reputation?

Two, how do you get this stuff back across the border? I know if you have a prescription you can bring certain drugs back across the border legally, but what if you don't? What do you do?

cheap acyclovir at costco

Valtrex is really expensive but convenient for suppressive therapy because you have to take fewer pills...but for those of us without insurance, getting Zovirax (same meds, more pills to achieve the same dosage) through Costco is really cheap. I think I paid $30.00 for two months of pretty high suppression therapy (400mg 2x a day). I thought that was a really good find and try to pass the info along. There's some good info on dosage depending on # of outbreaks if you do a Google search. Some people like 200 mg 4x a day, some can get by on 400 1x a day, it seems like it's something that people can play with and tweak themselves since the meds are pretty benign. Take care - Palomita

I would be careful about buying prescription drugs from out of the country - they are not regulated by the FDA and could be sub-standard to what you would receive in the U.S.

The name in mexico for valtrex is rapivir

Rapivir is the name for valtrex in Mexico which is exactly the same as Valtrex made in the UK by GSM. You can get it wo prescription and you will pay for 42 pills of 500gr around 1500 pesos, which at the actual ex rate is a bit more than 110 usd.;)

Sorry for bumping this old thread. Here's my 2 cents. This drug has been 100% effective, I first start taking 500mg and had just had mild out breaks, decided to up the dose to 1mg a day and had no outbreaks since then. Highly recommend taking it for those who experience more than 12 outbreaks a year.

Yeah Im just curious why communities like this dont just find a couple of legit generic ones and buy that instead of expensive valtrex. It really confuses me, or maybe they do just that they call it Valtrex even though its something else but still just valacyclovir in the end. We should make a huge list of generic brands to trust around the world, thats my point.

Hello

Inform them about the prices of these medicines in Mexico.

Valtrex 500 Mg Generico c / 10 pzas 10.50 dollars "Valaciclovir" Pharmagen

Aciclovir 400 Mg Generico c / 35 pzas 6.50 dollars "Clirbest" Best

At Farmacias de Similar, there are thousands of these pharmacies on the Mexican side, they are very popular, on this side.

No prescription is needed, for any of the 2 medications, it is without a prescription.

The medicines come in sealed bottles, they are of good quality.

They are from the brand of the same pharmacy, this pharmacy has an industrial emporium of generic medicine in Mexico.

It has thousands of pharmacies in Mexico and throughout Latin America.

You can buy them in Cd. Juarez, Reynosa, Matamoros, Tijuana, Laredo, El Paso Texas, Etc. Everywhere there are "Farmacias de Similares", you must buy them on Mondays that there is a discount of 25%, in the whole pharmacy.

Cheap Valtrex - https://onlinecheappills.com I’ve been using Valtrex for the past 5 years, both episodically and for suppression. I’ve done a year of suppression twice now and have had excellent results both times. Used episodically, I’m always better within three days. It’s been a life saver for me. Just remember, you may have herpes, but it doesn’t have to have you. This isn’t a disease of dirty people or people with questionable morals. It doesn’t discriminate. People shouldn’t, either.

Hi "Jeremy"..... I agree, the topic of your HSV status does not need to be something you disclose too soon in a developing relationship..... get to know each other first....see how it's going and as it progresses, then the HSV issue will naturally need to be revealed.... it's my personal opinion though that before there is any sexual encounter you ought to disclose your HSV status.... I know some will disagree with me on this but, I think it is morally wrong not to disclose first.  This can be a make/break situation for most people but, again, I feel it is simply wrong not to give the other person the whole story since your decision not to disclose could put their health at risk.... that is simply not an option in my opinion.  Looking back to my "pre-HSV" life I most certainly would want my partner to disclose their HSV+ status before intimacy so that I could make my decision as to whether I want to take that risk or not....

Thanks, CHT. I appreciate the feedback. The whole trauma of going through this has led me to figure out a lot about myself and my attachment wounds, so I'm taking courses to come out of this better. This girl really was my dream woman in so many ways, it's been the hardest heartbreak to deal with ever. I'm truly in a lot of pain, but using the pain as fuel to launch that new business and work with coaches. I also opened up to my family about HSV, so my parents and sister know now, and they were very loving and accepting of it. Since opening up about it, I feel way better around this thing. After opening up, I also found out that some mutual friends in our family have discordant couples who are married with children, so HSV hasn't stopped them from living a loving life. The thing is... all of these couples I mention did not disclose until 6-8 months into the relationship. So now I'm thinking it might be better not to disclose until I know things are very serious. I'll of course stay on the medication and use protection, but maybe this is a better route than disclosing upfront and scaring women off.

Hey @Lcj987 and welcome to the website. You can be sure that isn't HSV-2, looks nothing like it. It is much more likely to be folliculitis or inflamed fordyce spots.

Hey @JackThrowAway herpes causes an outbreak where it enters the body first and maybe a progressive spread. If it doesn't cause an outbreak at the entry site then it won't cause one elsewhere, it also won't 'jump' upon infection - it would be more likely that the lesions are continuous from the penis to the anus. Nevertheless, testing trumps symptoms or any interpretation of symptoms. The correct conclusive result arises when: you have a positive swab; or An IgG HSV-2 level over 3.5 (Herpeselect test).

Slept with someone unprotected, roughly 2 weeks ago now. I felt generally unwell the couple of days after but I’d been drinking the whole weekend and didn’t have much sleep either of the days of that weekend so put it down to that. 6 days after I noticed these spots appear on the shaft of my penis. Along with symptoms of discomfort in my shaft in the couple of days prior to them appearing. No pain when urinating at all that I have noticed. They don’t hurt, itch or tingle and they don’t have fluid in from what I can see or feel if I squeeze them and have never burst? I went to a sexual health clinic to get checked up, they took bloods to do a full test and looked at the spots but said they saw nothing that concerned them but I’m not sure about that, any advice? The smaller spots under the shaft are just follicles I had diagnosed years ago and non-sti related.
