Recommended Posts

I just went to buy some fulvic acid all they had was pill form. I probably have to order it. Does it matter which brand? I also bought some selenium to take along with it.

i saw a bunch of cheaper pill and liquid forms before i ordered the drops jxc recommended. i think those specific drops are much stronger/concentrated and perhaps more pure or something? plus they have tons of great reviews. so i didn't want to take the risk of buyin something else and it not working as well.

You should try oreganol oil as a topical. When I had outbreaks I’d use it topically on the sore and there’d be instant relief, and it’d cut healing time tremendously and sometimes would stop them from forming if caught early enough.  I’ve read that fulvic acid causes herx reactions in some people, I experienced it a bit as well.

Any certain brand of oreganol oil?

Yea I see it on Amazon for 47 buck geesh...I will be upset if I buy and dont see any results. My main reason for wanting to try it is to get rid of the irritation in my urethra tired of feeling zaps and stinging. I believe HSV is causing this.

You are right it's so easy to spend hundreds of dollars buying products that you dont even use anymore because you cant tell if they are working or not.

FYI it's cheaper if you buy it directly from their website.

@true_blue Have you tried it? If so what symptoms do you take it for?

If I order from Amazon I can get it one day, probably why it's so high. But my worry is it wont work for me. And then I've wasted more money. Again!!!

Get it directly from the company. I originally bought it on amazon and then they raised the price recently.

Whoops didn’t see the post above yours, disregard

Lol I spent about $100 on my order to ship it to Japan ASAP. the testimonies I'm seeing plus jxc's story make me feel like its going to work well. i'm keeping my fingers crossed! should be here in 3 days or so, so i'll start using it right away and keep a diary of what i notice along with dosage details.

I am 4 days in with it and I have felt "normal" all weekend. This morning I woke and had a cold sore on my mouth. I have not had one of these for about 30+ years.

I just meet someone new about a week ago and the kissing has been intense, so I don't know if it has anything to do with that or what. Thoughts?

I am still not giving up on Fulvic Acid as it seems to being doing something. The itching seems to have disappeared as well.

How long should we take this for?

Did you ever have neuralgia? like other than itching, random twitching or stinging feelings in nerves anywhere through your body?

I just started it so I can't say if it is helping me or not yet. Since I am really sensitive to supplements I am starting on 3 drops twice a day. I don't usually get outbreaks but since I started taking it a few days ago I am getting small outbreaks in my mouth and tongue so I think the fulvic acid is fighting the virus. I also had a really vivid dream last night it was practically virtual reality. That is also something people report having.

My symptoms are:

Insomnia

Constipation, need to eat prunes and probiotic yogurt in order to have a bowel movement

Sometimes I feel high like my perception is altered and I'm on drugs. I don't drink or drugs.

Occasional rashes that last only a day or two

No real outbreaks just feels like it wants to but never does

Tinnitus

Chest nerve pain

I feel like I have cobwebs in my ears and head that bother me every day

Pain in my spine

Stomach ache

Prostratis

Big thanks to @jxc1337 for this information.

That's exactly what I have. Twitching muscles which they say can come from anxiety idk, itching, and shooting pains in my legs, urethra and penis tip irritation. I might give it a try. Hell I've tried everything else.

Okay this sounds very similar to me whew! And I don't believe the anxiety explanation one bit. I was always very anxious as a young adult and teen, but never got these twitches till soon after i was infected with herpes.

I'm hoping fulvic acid will help with our neuralgia & shooting pains as well as itchiness & bumps. basically everything LOL. we'll see!! i think i'm also going to try cleaning up my diet before the fulvic acid comes... lots of fruits and veggies and less refined carbs & sugar. support my system in fighting this as much as i can.

I've got good news! This doesn't appear to be related to herpes at all.

What does your oishasan feel this might be, what specialists have you seen and what medications have been provided?

Just in the area where I break out, but that's more than enough.  If I got it every 2-3 months I would be okay, but it's a weekly thing for me.

My best break is when I started taking QuickClear. I had 2 months of no systems. Then... it happened again.. and  again...

Since I feel like I have cobwebs in my ears....do you think that I should get some of the diluted water with an eye dropper and puts some in my ears? Would that be safe?

Huh? You should go get an actual ear cleaner.  Your ears are very delicate, be careful.

I used to get constant itchiness even without obs and that’s disappeared so hopefully the fulvic works for you!

in regards to the taste of the water, its the same as drinking a heavy mineral water pretty much.

oh and make sure you brush your teeth right after drinking the fulvic, it wears down the enamel pretty quickly.

Maybe drink through a straw and bypass the teeth?

Is it possible to get a large quantity from a chemical company?

I was able to find some zinc lactate that way.

is this not strange? all the things that challenge us and cause outbreaks!! please read @Mackie82 This is huge! Fulvic acid seems to work like a digestive enzyme to some degree.

6. Improves Energy Levels and Lowers Pain

Many people taking fulvic acid have reported improvements in energy levels, probably due to increased detoxification, lower levels of inflammation and free radical damage, and higher intakes of electrolytes and other key nutrients.

According to research done by Doctors Across Borders, studies have found that as natural and organic electrolytes, humic acids activate and energize nearly every biological process in the body. An electrolyte is soluble in water and works by conducting electrical currents, helping cells survive in the face of damage caused by things like emotional stress, uncontrolled infections, unbalanced diet, prolonged loss of sleep and surgical shocks. (7)

This also makes fulvic acid useful for lowering chronic nerve pain, headaches, joint pain caused by arthritis, or bone and muscle pains associated with aging. There’s some evidence that fulvic acid’s electrolytes can help reduce swelling, decrease inflammation, soothe and relax muscles, and improve circulation. Conversely, an electrolyte imbalance can cause these symptoms to worsen.

Have not looked into it, but I'm sure it's possible.  Apparently fulvic acid's quality greatly depends on where it came from and how it was extracted.  So, if you're looking to get a large amount make sure it's quality stuff.  I can attest to the improvement in energy levels and circulation as well.  I'm able to tolerate colder temperatures.

I have a recipe from a cancer survivor that I befriended because he was seeing the same MD that my sibling was. We exchanged research and he is a survivor so far clean and clear of cancer. This is really quite interesting. I am just finding a bunch of pieces to a puzzle. One of the docs is famous in the cancer and autoimmune world and a famous naturopath who did a radio show. I have seen different parts of this recipe show up when I look up things that help people in the archives and on the other forums or internet. But this guy combines all these things.

ETA: What if we took  only a portion of his recipe and added elements until we each got the results each of us were looking for? Notice I didn't say the C word. haha

We have countless emails back and forth, but I have a final one that shows what he took along with pictures of the brands he took. (my sibling had a different protocol from the doctor, some resulting in the same actions.) His entire protocol is not cheap, but would we really need the entire protocol or just portions of it? We can break it down in another post if you guys would like to help. I also have his original email with the fulvic acid in it, but a different brand, the one on amazon which you said was more expensive. I can break down some of the actions for you, but I don't have time and can do it little by little, but would love some help.

I ran the ingredients through a search engine and Dr. Budwigs protocol came the closest. I think I have one book. If you guys are not interested not a biggie.

Hey @WilsoInAus   Thank you for your reply, we live in north America, she did the test here in Canada, I will attach a copy of the test below. I understand your point of view but its hard for me to cope with this. I never thought this would happen to me which I m sure most people feel the same.  yes I did took vows for better or worst but I feel those vows are for whatever happens after marriage not because of something happened in the past.  i feel like this is something that is going to remind me of her past for the rest of my life. its not easy for me to look past that.

It was properly typed. Definitely HSV-2. No, he doesn’t get oral cold sores. So should I expect this to be another OB coming? I’ve never had an outbreak in my life and have been with my husband for 8 years with no problem! So I hope this isn’t going to keep occurring
    • WilsoInAus
Hey @ayekayelle I am afraid to say this is pretty typical of the first few months, a fairly high chance of rolling outbreaks. Maybe the suppressive therapy will be of assistance for a while at least. By the way just to add, was you culture properly typed? Or just assumed to be HSV-2 given location? Its 50/50 seemingly as to whether cultures are typed. Does your husband get oral cold sores?
    • ayekayelle
I just had my first OB during the first week of April, and was diagnosed with HSV2 on April 12th. I just finished my 10 day cycle of acyclovir yesterday. Today I've been feeling uncomfortable. No burning or pins and needles feelings, just more so uncomfortable and not right down there. Is it possible to be getting another OB this soon, or am I just being paranoid? I'm starting suppressive therapy as soon as I receive my medication. Blah...

Doesn't sound like HSV. You can get tested in 12 wks to be sure. Get rest
