Hi I'm new to the whole herpes thing. I want to know when you have an outbreak do you feel a constant burning or only if you pee on sores? Also does your vagina feel hot? I don't see any sores just red. I tested positive in blood test at 2.14. I don't believe I ever had an outbreak but I'm having symptoms above.

My OBs had one or more blister looking sores in constant pain, almost like a chafed feeling or a rubbed raw type of feeling. The blisters themselves would literally have me in tears while peeing. Before OBs, I'd experience itching that resembled a yeast infection except there was tingling with it.

It was excruciating.

If it turns out to be an outbreak, Neem capsules and Neem oil are my Lifesavers. I rub Neem oil on before outbreak, and the sores never surface. I take Neem capsules twice a day, one week on/two weeks off, and rub Neem oil on once a week before bed, or for a few days before bed if I feel any itchy or tingling. Almost 2 years no sores!
