Hello all,

I'm approaching my 1 year mark in a week or 2. I wanted to know if based from your experience does this get better with time. My first 6 months were so random.  Responses from ppl hsv2 please. Thanks

My first known ob was 3 yrs ago. Stress,hormones, have something to do with it ,everyone is different. I get a lot of ob but I think I'm going through hormone changes also has something to do with it

It definitely does get better with time! Eating healthy, exercising, and minimizing stress are important to keep the outbreaks at bay. They usually show up when I'm feeling under the weather
