Is it herpes or anything else

I got a bump on shaft .its no too painful but when i touch it is painful only a single bump when i squeeze a white pus comes out...

That seems more like a description of a fordyce spot or folliculitis. A herpetic lesion will not initially have white pus (which are typically white blood cells that fight bacteria).

This is clear image and in middle of the lesion a hair is present

That is clearer and really not suggestive of herpes at all.

However your testing provides a clearer picture, it seem all over the place and I suspect you had a mixture of herpeselect type testing and euroimmun testing.

Have you gone for further tests?

No I did not went for further testing and finally I decided to take Western blot in few months

Can you do that from India?

Are you sure you need to? As I said some tests might have been Euroimmun where positive is >20 and negative people test from 2-8 usually.

No in India it's not available ..I need to do in U of W ..I need to send blood samples..and what do you mean people who test 2-8 range can get WB negative

What I mean is that some tests are expressed as a ratio against a control that is defined as 1, hence >1 is positive.

Some tests attempt to better quantify antibody levels with results expressed in RU/mL. For these tests, the positive is > 20 RU/mL. 

There important thing is to examine the reference ranges for the test you had, they are not all the same.
