Nowornever2017

So its been an entire yr now (was diagnosed last year with HSV1, from a blood test) & not even one single day have i been free of the burning/stinging, red, itchy, pissed off p*ssy! & on top of that, a constant sore throat!

What gives?!

Yes, i have tried suppressants, natural crap, nothing & yet...STILL! Yes i have been to the crotch doc. Even switched docs a couple times. Last doc said she thinks it all in my head.

Any help is greatly appreciated! This shit is ruining my life!!

I think you do need to start afresh with a new doctor.

I’d feel you need to find a doctor who specialises in issues such as vulvodynia and pelvic floor dysfunction.

Then,  you need to do is confirm with a swab of a lesion that you have genital herpes or some other issue.

Hi,

Just wondering.. what prompted you to get tested for herpes? did you have an outbreak of lesions? because hsv1 will also show up in  blood test of you've ever had a coldsore on your mouth.(sorry not doubting you lol) I also have ghsv1 which was confirmed via swab because I had a big ulcer followed by multiple bumps 3 days after having oral sex with a new partner. Just curious do you still get bumps or just itchy/soreness? thanks! and good luck

I had one set of sores. Nothing huge. But def open cluster. Didnt get into doc while they were still open. So no swab. I have had since then a contast soreness, stinging, pinching, burning feeling. & its actually red & inflammed.

I have a similar history.  No positive swab for ghsv1 (no significant sore that I ever saw either) but it started about 2 weeks after oral sex with someone new.  It’s now also been just over a year

Doctors treated for everything but herpes initially (ghonhreha and chlamydia and fungal infection).  So all at one time had lots of strong antibiotics and anti fungals.  After blood test came back everything was negative except hsv1.

I had a negative hsv1 on my last std test (7 years prior)

Since then I have had constant (varying in intensity) feeling of swelling and redness on the glans of my penis along with itching and burning in my thigh crease (lymph nodes?) and down the front of my thigh

Dr also said I was imagining it   I did pelvic floor therapy, seen about 20 Drs   No help in sight for this

Try lemon balm if it’s and external infection.

You really need to see a doctor straight away. There’s no telling what is going on from a pic or even a visual diagnosis. You need a doctor to swab these sores to check for cause.

That’s why I’m seeing a specialist who can do that. Not every doctors office have swabs available, so maybe that’s the case here. I’ve called urgent care clinics before to ask if they swab for HSV and many around here said no.

I doubt this. If the doctor had ANY suspicion that you had herpes around the eye a swab would  have been taken. Gross negligence otherwise. This is totally insulting to the intellect of our readers. Mate, it’s time to leave the delusion behind before you do yourself or anyone else real harm. What do you have to fear by believing you do not have herpes?

Would you like to call my eye doctor and tell them this? The cornea is fine, but there is damage to the outside of my eye. Damage she has seen in other patients with herpes of the eye. I am not making this stuff up.

Do you have any photos? Sounds similar to me.

Hang on that’s not the case. The doctor knows full well those symptoms align potentially to long term HSV-1 infections. You cannot do a swab for eye herpes. The diagnosis involves inspection of the cornea. I am not sure why you feel the need to spread misinformation. Of course you have tested negative for HSV more than three months post possible infection. It is DANGEROUS to both yourself and others to assume your symptoms are herpes related when they may actually be serious. Please reflect upon your need to attempt to erroneously validate other people’s symptoms in order to support a baseless interpretation of your own symptoms.
