hi veterans

I have ghsv1. Outbreaks are usually occur in my anus. I saw this in my groin today. It's bleeding. Do you have any idea what it is? Is this a herpes? Is herpes spreading up?  

I am so afraid

Hey @Mrspinkk I’m not sure of the pic, I’m leaning toward it being a bacterial infection.

Was your initial diagnosis a swab or blood test? Are you continuing with Valtrex?

Blood test was performed 8 months after the first ob and hsv1 was positive.I know I got a oral sex . But there has never been a lesion like this before. 

Ps:I haven't had sex in 1 year

@Mrspinkk then it is imperative to attend immediately and get a swab of this lesion. There’s no way to distinguish whether you HSV-1 is oral or genital otherwise.
